Summer beef recipes from burgers to steak, to set-it-and-forget it meals made in your crockpot.
The thing about summer for me (beyond the heat) is that I don’t want to spend much time in the kitchen. There are too many fun activities jammed into a few short beautiful months. That’s why, when summer rolls around, you’ll find me outside grilling a sirloin or making a quick summer casserole to throw in the oven. I’ve even started to rely on my Crockpot. Because what is easier than throwing ingredients in and letting them do the work for you?
Sure, chicken is fine. But the below delicious meals go above and beyond the traditional. (And everyone knows that beef is what’s for dinner!) So go ahead, sprinkle some creativity into your summer!
