Salisbury Steak – Another Oldie but a goodie!

Salisbury Steak …ahh the childhood memories! But the memories consist of the frozen, cardboard like banquet meal. As a kid, I loved it! But, I loved cafeteria food too .. so that doesn’t say much for my taste buds when I was a kid. Thankfully I have matured and so have my taste buds! Whew! Comfort food at it’s best! This recipe will not disappoint. The tangy and rich flavor of the sauce is what makes this Salisbury steak second to none. And its very easy to put together even on a week night.
