Over the last few weeks, I have been shouting from the rooftop about the love I have for my air fryer. Making appetizers like our Crispy Chicken Wings and Potato Skins have quickly become our family favorites. Making a full One Pot Dinner in the air fryer is just as easy as making a quick snack. With great quality ingredients that you are happy to serve to your entire family.
Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork
When I discovered the Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork at my local Walmart, I was intrigued, to say the least. Smithfield® is real fresh 100% pork, perfectly marinated and perfectly seasoned. Since all of the prep work is already done for you, using pre-marinated pork also saves time on those busy weeknights when you have sports practice, homework, or any number of busy activities.

One Pot Dinner – Seasoned Pork with Peppercorn Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork Tenderloin – We used Hardwood Smoked Bacon and Cracked Black Pepper
- Baby Red Potatoes
- Fresh Asparagus cleaned (remove and discard the ends) and cut into bite-size pieces
- Olive Oil
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
In a bowl toss your baby potatoes and asparagus with olive oil (about 1 Tablespoon), salt, garlic powder and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
Place a divider down the center of your air fryer. If the model you use does not come with a divider, you can make one using heavy duty aluminum foil folded a few times to make it sturdy.
On one side of the divider place the Smithfield Marinated Pork Loin, on the other side place the seasoned potatoes and asparagus.
Set the temperature on your air fryer for 350 degrees and 30 minutes. Making sure to turn the roast and toss the vegetables halfway through the cooking time.
Using a meat thermometer, make sure the center of the pork reaches 145 degrees before removing it from the air fryer.
Let the meat rest on your carving board for 5 minutes before slicing.
There you have it, a complete meal that is real fresh, full of real flavor and is real fast! It doesn’t get much better than this. A perfect meal for any night of the week, and beautiful enough to serve at your next dinner party without all the fuss.
We also love to use the leftovers (If there is any!) sliced on top of a fresh garden salad. The cracked black pepper gives the fresh vegetables a nice extra bite.
