Sweet and creamy cocktails are something I have a major weakness for, especially around the holidays. When we lived in Las Vegas we didn’t have much of a winter. We would drive up to Mt. Charleston and sit at the lodge by the fire, take in the beautiful scenery and all the snow while sipping on a nice warm cocktail. Such wonderful memories. This version of a butterfinger cocktail is cool and creamy, but it can also be made using hot cocoa if you are looking for something warm and comforting.

This drink brings back so many memories for me! Memories of a wonderful time in my life. I miss my Vegas family every day. The memories I created while I lived there will be with me forever. It’s memories like that that make a person who they are.
If you are ever in Las Vegas on a vacation, or even if you live there, take a day to travel up to Mt. Charleston lodge, it is breathtakingly beautiful. You would never believe it is just outside of such a busy and exciting city like Las Vegas.
