How to Make Crack Chicken Soup

This Crack Chicken Noodle Soup is loaded with cheddar cheese bacon ranch flavors that will have your mouth watering from first taste all the way until the last bite! Plus it only takes 30 minutes to make so don’t wait any longer because this dish doesn’t last long.

While this soup is perfect for a winter day, it can definitely be enjoyed year-round. This is an easy weeknight meal that has a pop of flavor that your family will rave about.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded chicken (Pro tip: Buy a rotisserie chicken and fork off the meat. If you want, you can include the skin as well. Leftover chicken also can work well.) You can also boil your chicken.
  • 1 can of Condensed Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 block of Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet of Ranch seasoning (or Ranch Dressing Mix)
  • 6 to 12 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup of Whole Milk
  • 6 cups of Chicken broth, unsalted
  • 8 ounces of Spaghetti or Angel hair pasta or Egg Noodles (raw / uncooked)
  • 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 bag of raw pre-slice Crinkle Cut Carrots

Instructions

  1. In a big pot, add the shredded chicken, chicken soup, cream cheese, bacon, milk, and chicken broth.
  2. Stir on medium-low heat until the cream cheese is completely melted.
  3. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. Add the spaghetti noodles and the cheddar cheese. Simmer until the noodles are al dente. Stir frequently so that the noodles do not clump together.
