I’m not sure if any one else on here is a “coleslaw snob” like me or not. I love love love a good coleslaw, but let me tell ya it really has to be good! KFC coleslaw is wonderful, and I played around with this recipe for probably a year to get it the way I like it…Better I think! This is why this Kentucky Fried Chicken Copycat Coleslaw Recipe is so important to me to share.
If you are a coleslaw snob, and like the tangy sweet taste of KFC coleslaw you will LOVE this Copycat KFC Coleslaw recipe.
I don’t get a chance to make it much in my house because the hubby and the kids both hate mayo (somethings seriously wrong with them!)
So when I do get to make it, it’s usually for a party and I get to make a big batch. And keep the left overs.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
