For Filling

unflavored gelatin

white Port
and also use Ruby if you can't find white

whipping cream

green grapes

For Almond Crust
⅓
cup
chopped walnuts
¼
cup
granulated sugar
1
cup
flour
½
cup
butter
cut into pieces

egg yolk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
To make crust, grind the walnuts in a food processor.
Then, add sugar, flour, and butter. Pulse until all combined.
Next, add the egg yolk and pulse again until a ball of dough has been formed.
In a 13-inch tart pan, press the dough on the bottom and sides, bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside and allow to cool.
In a 2-quart sauce pan, combine gelatin and sugar. Then stir in the Port.
Next, bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and add add lemon juice. Chill the mixture until it has the consistency of egg whites.
Now, beat cream cheese until soft with hand mixer or stand mixer. Gradually add cream and powdered sugar until blended.
Spread over crust. Arrange grapes on top.
Spoon gelatin mixture over grapes.
Chill until the gelatin sets, about 2 hours (or overnight).
Sift powdered sugar on top or serve with whipped cream!
