Divide your hot pepper jelly into clean mason jars. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes just over 2 cups.
Notes
If you want a smoother finish to this jam, start by adding your peppers to a food processor and pulsing until you get your desired consistency. You can also play around with the chopped peppers you use. If you’re interested in making pepper jelly but not looking for heat, try using green bell peppers or any other sweet peppers of your choice. Along the same vein, if you’re looking to increase the heat, try adding habanero peppers for a definite kick.
