Defrost your spinach and squeeze any excess liquid out with either paper towels or in a kitchen towel.
In a large bowl, combine the frozen chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr Vegetable recipe mix. Stir the mixture with a spatula until well-mixed.
Next, fold in the chopped water chestnuts and sliced green onions. Mix until they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Finally, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This will allow the dip to thicken.
Before serving, give the dip a good stir and transfer it to a serving bowl. Surround the bowl with your choice of dippers, such as veggies, crackers, chips, or bread, and enjoy!
