Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a casserole dish.
Using a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the grease.
Add taco seasoning and recommended water to the skillet and cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.
Add onions to the skillet and cook until translucent.
Add black beans to the skillet and stir.
Add Rotel and salsa verde to the skillet and continue to stir until combined.
Remove from heat and transfer the ground beef mixture to the greased casserole dish. Layer shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from oven and add corn chips on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
