Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and lightly flour muffin tins or 9x13 baking pan (24 muffins or 1 9x13 pan)
In two separate bowls, mix together the cornbread and yellow cake mix according to the package directions.
Combine the two batters together.
Add in the whole kernel corn.
Pour batter into muffin tins 3/4 of the way full. These will rise pretty good.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes
Until the edges are golden brown, or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
