Ingredients

olive oil

of garlic - minced

red pepper flakes

can crushed tomatoes

bay leaves

granulated sugar
to taste

salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
On medium heat, heat the oil and garlic in a medium sauce pan. Saute the garlic just until fragrant (1 - 2 minutes).
Add the tomatoes, bay leaves, oregano, sugar, tomato paste, salt & pepper.
Simmer on low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
Serve over your favorite pasta or on the side of your favorite appetizers.
