- 2 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
- 1 package Knorr Taco Rice Side dish
- 1 10 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
- Toppings (optional): Cheddar cheese, sour cream, sriracha
- Prepare the rice according to the package directions.
- Add the cubed chicken and tomatoes. Heat through 3 – 4 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings and Jiffy Cornbread muffins. Makes 5 1 cup servings.
