Ingredients

stick of high-quality salted butter
Kerrygold Butter is my go-to
1
large Haas avocado
Kosher salt
Maldon Sea Salt is my go-to
Lemon juice to taste
fresh or bottled lemon juice
Instructions
Remove butter from the fridge and cut it into four long pieces. Then cut further into small squares.
Let butter sit out for 20 minutes or until soft.
Cut your avocado in half, then in fourths, then into smaller pieces, as you did with the butter.
Transfer butter squares into your Mini Cuisinart and, using the pulse function, blend until creamy.
Add avocado, a few pieces at a time until you’ve incorporated the entire avocado.
Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Slowly add your lemon juice to taste. Do this slowly, you don’t want sour butter. A teaspoon should be good.
Spread on toast and enjoy!
