kielbasa - sliced
or other cooked meat mentioned above
Salt & pepper to taste
sour cream
for serving
green onions
for garnish
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients (except for sour cream and herbs) in your crockpot.
Cook on high 2 to 3 hours, or on low 4 to 6 hours.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of parsley or green onions.
Notes
If you are not a fan of kielbasa, you can substitute it with another sausage or cooked meat.
