Banana peppers
Split in half and cleaned

Italian sausage links

spaghetti sauce

Cup
parmesan cheese

cooked rice

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish large enough to fit the number of peppers you are making.
Place sliced, cleaned peppers in a lightly greased baking dish
In a small skillet, brown your sausage and drain any excess fat
In a bowl add the cooked sausage, rice, spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese
Mix together until incorporated
Spoon the mixture into the cleaned banana peppers and sprinkle the tops with cheddar cheese
Bake in a 350 degree oven 15 – 20 minutes or until the peppers are soft and the filling is bubbly
Serve with a fresh garden salad and crusty bread.
